We began working with Matt Stallings our Project Developer on August 25th, 2023. We signed the contractual agreement on September 6th. Despite the short timeline, Matt guaranteed that he would meet the October 1st deadline to secure “Net Metering” with Duke Energy and have us operational by December 31st to secure the Federal Income Tax credit. He did not disappoint!
We went live on December 15th and have “net metering” with Duke Progress. More importantly, Cape Fear Solar was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recall working with a more well-oiled machine. Their employees are top-notch!
