Factory capacity increased through production innovation

MONTREAL, QC, April 12, 2005 - ICP Solar, a leading manufacturer of products based on advanced solar technology, today announced enhancements to its core technology that will significantly increase the output of its thin-film solar cell factory and the yield of its solar energy products.


ICP's research and development team, based in Bridgend, UK, has re-engineered its standardized solar plate (930mm X 330mm) to deliver 18 watts per full plate - an increase in power generation of more than 50%.
