Sales and Marketing veterans bring international channel management and development experience

Montreal, Canada, June 20th, 2007 - ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of solar cells and products, announced today the appointment of Tom Clark as Vice-President, North American Consumer Markets, Gary Jones as Vice-President OEM Applications and the promotion of Laurent Lafite to the position of Vice-President Marketing and Global Strategy.

Tom Clark joins ICP Solar having completed a mandate as General Manager at West Marine, one of ICP Solar's most important channel partners. His career spans over 20 years of automotive aftermarket product sales and marketing management. His keen understanding of retail programs will further enhance our market position in North America.

Gary Jones brings with him over 25 years of broad-based business experience with emphasis in outdoor, marine and backyard products and markets. His areas of expertise include: Marketing and Strategic Planning, Brand Licensing and Management, Start-Ups and New Product Launches, Product Design and Merchandising. Having spent several years as a Vice President at The Coleman Company, his knowledge of key OEM strategic industries that can benefit from ICP Solar's offerings will be important in the development of these channels.
