SOLARWORKS NJ Named #1 in the PHILADELPHIA 100® Competition As The Region's Fastest Growing Privately Held Company

CEO Steve Masapollo is pleased to announce that SolarWorks NJ has been ranked #1 as the fastest growing, privately held company in the ten county Philadelphia regions. The Philadelphia 100 has been the hallmark of entrepreneurial achievement in the region since 1988. The project, which is run by the Wharton Small Business Development Center, the Entrepreneurs' Forum of Greater Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Business Journal, identifies and honors the 100 fastest growing, privately held entrepreneurial companies in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Last year's Philadelphia 100® had an average $9.7 million in sales revenue and are creating jobs for the region as well, averaging 103 employees. Forty-eight companies on the list were repeating winners with 9 of those recognized 3 or more times. The technology sector leads the list with 23 winners followed by Consulting and Healthcare.

SolarWorks NJ is a solar integrator that project plans, designs and installs solar energy systems for companies and residences.

According to SolarWorks NJ CEO Steve Masapollo, "We are very proud to be in the company of such prominent firms. I am especially pleased for my employees and family, who all share in this great achievement." This is a testament to SolarWorks NJ's business philosophy of creating excellent value for their clients coupled with a state of the art solar energy system.

"SolarWorks NJ has enjoyed triple digit growth over the last several years with excellent profit margins," says Masapollo. In May 2007, SolarWorks NJ ranked #1 in the Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies competition conducted by the Philadelphia Business Journal and Rowan University.

It is the first time a Gloucester County Company has Ranked #1 in both competitions.

In November of 2006 SolarWorks NJ garnered national press coverage for installing the largest and first solar energy system for an affordable housing project.

One of their largest growth areas is the "Sun Free " program. SWNJ can provide municipalities, schools and mid to large companies with a free system valued from $500,000 to $2,000,000. "This is a tremendous opportunity for entities to save significant energy dollars with Zero Capital Outlay," says Masapollo.

The company maintains offices in Turnersville, Marlton and Denville, NJ and Wilmington, DE. www.solarworksnj.com, Phone: 856 232 6363, 866 456 SOLAR,
