SunWize Technologies, Inc. has completed a corporate-wide restructuring and expanded its capabilities; another milestone in the company's continuing evolution as the industry's premier provider of solar electric solutions.

Kingston, NY June 12, 2008- SunWize Technologies, Inc. has completed a corporate-wide restructuring and expanded its capabilities; another milestone in the company's continuing evolution as the industry's premier provider of solar electric solutions.

The Distributed Power Group focuses on the off-grid residential and on-grid residential/commercial markets. It encompasses the industry leading distribution business and SunWize Systems, which focuses on turnkey sales and integration of solar electric solutions to residential and commercial grid-tie customers. The Distributed Power Group is led by David Kaltsas, who joined SunWize as Executive VP on a full time basis in April. He has served on the Board of Directors of SunWize since the Company was acquired by Mitsui & Co. in 2006. Prior to SunWize, Mr. Kaltsas was President of Mitsui USA's Solar Initiative and Vice President of Mitsui Comtek Corp, where he focused on building and executing Comtek's solar technology and channel strategies.

The Industrial Power Group addresses the industrial, international and mobile markets. It includes Specialty Products (custom solar panels) and the preeminent SunWize® Power Ready Systems and SunWize® Power Stations. Power Ready Systems and Power Stations are used in a wide variety of remote power applications in telecommunications, oil & gas, traffic, security, RV and other industries. The Industrial Power Group is headed by SunWize and industry veteran Senior VP Bruce Gould.

The Operations Group is chartered to enable both the Distributed Power and Industrial Power groups' to better serve customers through continual improvements in supply chain management and value added integration capability. The Operations Group is managed by solar pioneer Senior VP Jim Stevenson and encompasses purchasing, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, human resources and IT functions. Mr. Stevenson also serves on the Board of Directors of SunWize.

David Kaltsas
Executive Vice President, Distributed Power Group

Since becoming part of the solar industry in 2001, Mr. Kaltsas has been at the forefront of the grid-tie market. Prior to joining SunWize, he was President of Mitsui USA's Solar Initiative and previously served as Vice President of Mitsui Comtek Corp, where he focused on building and executing Comtek's solar technology and channel strategies. In conjunction with these focuses, Mr. Kaltsas oversaw Mitsui Comtek's strategic investment in Nanosolar Inc.

Mr. Kaltsas built his business knowledge base engaging in sales, marketing, strategic sourcing, venture investment, acquisitions, and finance activities in the global marketplace. He served as Vice President Business Development & Content Acquisition of Zapptrio Inc., a subsidiary company of Mitsui Comtek, centered on the development and distribution of mobile content. Prior to Mitsui Comtek, Mr. Kaltsas worked at Mitsui & Co. (USA), Inc.'s Chicago office where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of Mitsui's services to customers and suppliers worldwide. Mr. Kaltsas began his career at Sakata INX International and was responsible for establishing and managing the US subsidiary's procurement function. He also served on the Board of Directors of NuVision US, Inc.

Mr. Kaltsas holds a B.A. in Global Change and Transformational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Bruce Gould
Senior Vice President, Industrial Power Group

Mr. Gould's experience includes over 20 years of engineering and business management in the solar energy industry. As senior vice president of the SunWize industrial power group, Mr. Gould manages industrial power systems sales and marketing and associated system design.

Prior to joining SunWize Technologies in 1998, he worked as business development manager for Siemens Solar Industries and for Integrated Power Corporation, both photovoltaic companies. His work has focused on solar power systems for industrial and military applications.

Mr. Gould authored a paper on the application of Photovoltaic/Thermoelectric Hybrid for Telecommunications and several articles for Remote Site and Equipment Management magazine. He developed a series of statistical performance analyses for photovoltaic systems used throughout the solar energy industry.

Mr. Gould received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, School of Engineering and Physical Sciences.

Jim Stevenson
Senior Vice President, Operations Group

Mr. Stevenson has over 35 years experience in energy and alternative energy related fields. As senior vice president operations, Mr. Stevenson is responsible for managing logistics, computer network services, human resources, value added manufacturing and inventory control at three warehouse locations.

Prior to joining SunWize, he was senior vice president operations for Siemens Solar Industries and Arco Solar, where he held positions of senior vice president sales and marketing, and chief financial officer.

Mr. Stevenson worked on several significant projects as a business consultant including representing TransPacific Capital in cogeneration and solar energy development in China, representing Webel, SL Energy Systems, India in the marketing of solar products in the United States and consulting for Southern California Edison.

Mr. Stevenson received a Masters of Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
