Cambridge, ON - A budding adult resort lifestyle community in Port Dover is going 'green' thanks to a formal partnership between GeoSmart Energy and Alliance Homes .The collaboration will result in the installation of geothermal heating and cooling systems on the 425 acre Dover Coast development which will also house an 18-hole golf course and club house.

Installation of GeoSmart's geothermal heating and cooling systems will be standard on homes built on 50' lots and will also be installed in the future golf course club house, recreation centre and multi-level condominiums. The feature will be optional in homes on 40' lots and townhomes. Currently, 75 of the 95 homes in phase one will have GeoSmart's geothermal products installed.
