• Three 50 MW CSP plants under construction, with a total investment of $1.3 billion. The company recently held the groundbreaking ceremony for parabolic trough technology at the Astexol-2 plant.
• 50 MW Astexol-2 CSP plant will supply 170 GWh/yr of clean energy for the annual power consumption of 37,000 homes. Utilizing parabolic trough technology avoids emission of 70,000 tons of CO2 annually.
• Aries also operates two photovoltaic grid-connected plants with a total power capacity of 15 MW. Both installations produce 32 GWh/yr of electricity annually, enough to supply 7,000 homes in the region and avoid the emission of 13,000 tons of CO2 per year.
