Julie Moran Joins EPS Corp as EVP and General Manager, xChange Point

New business unit executive supports expansion of energy and carbon emissions management solution into new markets

Costa Mesa, CA / Dallas, TX - February 22, 2010- EPS Corp today announced that Julie Moran has joined the company as Executive Vice President and General Manager, xChange Point


Moran joins EPS Corp after a seven-year tenure as a Senior Vice President at Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., where she led a division responsible for generating over $200 million in revenues. She brings to EPS more than 20 years of experience in operations and management in the process control, system integration and environmental services industries. Moran began her career at Procter and Gamble, and has held positions in engineering, operations and general management at Fisher Controls, Fisher-Rosemount, Emerson Electric and General Electric.

In her position at EPS, Julie will lead growth initiatives and product development for the company's xChange Point energy intelligence solution. xChange Point enables industrial customers to reduce their energy use and carbon emissions across their enterprises by providing automated collection, continuous monitoring and analysis of real-time, multi-site energy data. A recent report from the Aberdeen Group recognized xChange Point as the technology solution that enabled a leading US dairy company to achieve their sustainability objectives and the carbon emission reduction goals sought by some of their major retailers.

Ms. Moran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and was awarded a Fellowship in Engineering Mechanics at the University of Nebraska. She completed the Executive Program for International Management at the University of Michigan.
