December 2010 ― Christopher Associates today announced that Csun Manufacturing likely will see consolidated revenues grow 20-30 percent in 2011 according to company president Webber Wong. The growth is expected to be driven by rising demand from the semiconductor, solar and touch screen panel segments.

Wong commented that Csun's book-to-bill ratio should remain above one through January 2011 and the business outlook for the entire year is optimistic. He also revealed that sales of Csun's PCB and LCD equipment would account for 40 and 35-40 percent respectively of the company's overall sales in 2010.

Wong commented that sales of Csun's recently-developed PV manufacturing equipment and products used in semiconductor manufacturing have great potential to contribute to the company's future growth. Additionally, he indicated that visibility on orders from the touch panel sector appears brisk and that sales generated from the segment are expected to increase substantially in 2011.

Csun announced consolidated revenues of NT$335 million for November 2010. The company estimated that consolidated sales for the fourth quarter would decrease about 15 percent sequentially due to seasonality.

Csun's consolidated revenues for the third quarter climbed to NT$1.18 billion, a quarterly high. The company generated pre-tax profits of NT$163 million, or NT$1.06 per share, in the quarter. Pre-tax profits for the first three quarters of 2010 were NT$375 million or NT$2.44 a share.
