The company's next generation thermal processing equipment in its representatives' booths — A562 and B354 — at the upcoming International GREEN ENERGY EXPO, from April 6-8, 2011 in Daegu, Korea.

NORTH BILLERICA, Mass., Mar. 16, 2011 — BTU International will highlight its next generation thermal processing equipment in its representatives' booths — A562 and B354 — at the upcoming International GREEN ENERGY EXPO, scheduled to take place April 6-8, 2011 at the EXCO exhibition center in Daegu, Korea.

BTU's new TRITAN™ dual-lane metallization firing system will be highlighted at the exhibition. This state-of-the-art system features increased throughput at 3600 wafers per hour, an edge support transport system, and spike time of 3 seconds or less. The 90 MW metallization firing system also features BTU's unique TriSpeed™ technology. TriSpeed allows users to take advantage of superior ramp rates ― up to 200ºC per second ― while not compromising the drying and cooling sections of the profile. The three-belt, three-speed system provides revolutionary control of profile development.

BTU also will feature its Meridian™ in-line diffusion system. This system is the industry's most successful, market leading in-line diffusion system with well over 2 GW in customer commitments.
