Using the hot-dip method, with diversified combinations of raw material and hot-dip material, more steel products can be produced to meet customers' requirements for heat and corrosion resistance, and long life span.
Super Dyma steel is highly corrosion resistant steel, engineered to deliver outstanding performance in some of the toughest and harshest environments. Aluminum, magnesium and silicon are added to a conventional zinc coating, resulting in a compounding effect that dramatically enhances corrosion resistance. Super Dyma steel is 10--20 times more corrosion-resistant than ordinary hot-galvanized steel sheets, and 5--8 times more than hot-dip aluminized steel sheet.
