ALBANY, N.Y., May 21, 2012 — Momentive Performance Materials Inc., a leading global provider of silicones and advanced materials, expanded its SilTRUST* solutions for solar module manufacturers with the introduction of new silicone products at the SNEC 2012 International Solar Industry and Photovoltaic Exhibition & Conference in Shanghai, China, May 16-18.This follows the recent launch of SilTRUST transparent silicone encapsulant material at the Polymers in Photovoltaics 2012 forum in Cologne, Germany, in April.

The new SilTRUST products introduced at the SNEC show in China are:

· SilTRUST TSE3822-Wadhesive sealant – a one-component, oxime-cure silicone adhesive sealant that cures into elastic rubber at room temperature with exposure to moisture in the air. It has excellent adhesion to most materials used in the photovoltaic industry, including aluminum frames, back sheets and glass, without the need for primers.

· SilTRUST TSE3667 potting material – a two-component, condensation-cure silicone rubber developed for electric potting.It cures at room temperature to form an elastic flame retardant rubber that adheres to various types of materials, including most metals, plastics, glass and ceramics, without the use of primers.
