The Chinese government recently bestowed a National High-Tech Enterprise Certificate to Clenergy for its strong R&D capacity and its collection of independent intellectual property rights. The certification is widely viewed as an important validation of a technology company's competitiveness and its intangible assets.

Guided by its core mission of making renewable energy affordable and accessible, Clenergy has constantly innovated since its foundation in 2007. The company has established three R&D centers around the globe and has invested heavily in the development of new and improved products. Clenergy has harvested several international patents while establishing the company's independent intellectual property and reputation in the international PV market.

Clenergy's SPH grid-connected inverters and SPS three-phase grid-connected inverters have received wide acclaim from customers and specialists in the industry. Its products such as the PV-ezRack Mounting Systems are setting the standard for the solar photovoltaic market.

Clenergy's earning of the National High-Tech Enterprise Certificate comes on top of certifications and approvals by the Xiamen Bureau of Science and Technology, the Xiamen Municipality Bureau of Finance, the Xiamen Municipal Office, the State Administration of Taxation and the Xiamen Local Taxation Bureau.

On the strength of these commendations, Clenergy is even more confident in its ability to win market share in the industry and to raise brand awareness. This Certificate marks another milestone in Clenergy's journey towards long-term success in the international PV market.

Kipp & Zonen - DustIQ the novel soiling monitoring solution for solar panels

Soiling of the panel glass is one of the major problems in the rapidly expanding solar energy market, with the attendant loss of efficiency and reduction in performance ratios. Now, there's a new, simple and very cost-effective alternative. Based on Kipp & Zonen's unique Optical Soiling Measurement (OSM) technology, DustIQ can be easily added to new or existing solar arrays and integrated into plant management systems. The unit is mounted to the frame of a PV panel and does not need sunlight to operate. It continuously measures the transmission loss through glass caused by soiling, so that the reduction in light reaching the solar cells can be calculated.
