Invention Enables Increased Renewable Generation on Electricity Grids.

The Ring Power Processor (RPP) is a breakthrough technology for the processing of electricity.

Dallas, Tx November 29, 2012

The Technology Development Division of Texzon Utilities (Texzon), an energy company, today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued on November 13, 2012, U.S. Patent No. 8,310,093 (Multiply-Connected Power Processing) known as the Ring Power Processor (RPP).

The RPP is a new circuit architecture which can be configured to provide several different services for microgrids and eventually macrogrids. Among these are energy storage, modular and scalable DC-AC conversion, power factor control, and source-load isolation. It will impact the Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) initiative.

Texzon has exclusive worldwide marketing rights for the RPP technology, invented by Dr. James Corum, renowned scientist and physicist, inventor of the Ring Power Multiplier.

"The RPP will be a critical component for increasing the amount of green energy on our electricity grids," said Steve Wilson, Texzon CEO. "Dr. Corum has pioneered a remarkable technology."

This new architecture allows for almost unlimited expandability for solar cell/inverter, battery/inverter or fuel cell/inverter storage systems with its active component implementation. One of the most notable benefits of the RPP is in the conversion of variable AC or DC power sources (solar, wind, battery and fuel cell) into constant voltage and frequency AC. It allows for almost unlimited expansion through the addition of more same-size inverters. In large inverter systems, the simplification of switchgear required for installation would greatly lower operating and maintenance costs.

About James Corum, Inventor:
Dr. Corum was cited as a "National Treasure" by The Office of the US Secretary of Defense for his work on the DARPA National Panel of Radar Experts on Ultra-Wideband Radar and Phenomenology. His electromagnetic research has been recognized by prestigious scientific organizations and professional societies around the world.

About Texzon:
TEXZON is a national energy management and procurement firm helping companies implement strategies to control and reduce energy costs. In 2002, TEXZON started brokering electricity and gas in the deregulated markets. In 2008, TEXZON was recognized in "Entrepreneur Magazine" as one of the "Hot 100" Fastest Growing Businesses in America. "Inc. Magazine" also listed TEXZON as a top 20 energy company in "The Inc. 500." TEXZON currently operates in Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois and other areas. TEXZON is also a developer of green energy storage technology, as well as offering Commercial LED Lighting and Combined Heat & Power projects in U.S. markets.

LG Solar Unveils NeON R with Enhanced Aesthetics and Energy Savings

The NeON R module features "Back Contact" cell technology delivering an entirely black panel that is aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient. The cell's seamless, surface blends perfectly into nearly all rooftop designs while the module's electrodes are positioned on the rear of the cell. Using LG's N-type cell structure, the panels produce 365W of energy, up to 7.3kWp, compared to 5.8kWp of the p-type cell. The module's new design minimizes LID, thereby delivering a longer lifespan and increased energy output.
