With more than 15 years in corporate leadership positions, Teresso brings a wealth of experience in growing environment-friendly businesses -- pairing high-value customer service with high-level profit gains.

In his new position, Teresso is responsible for strategic and operational planning. As a hands-on leader, he is poised to identify and foster growth in Baker Electric Solar core competencies, as well as lead and manage the rapid corporate cultural changes Baker Electric Solar experiences with exponential growth. In addition, Teresso's knowledge of sales, marketing, forecasting, budgeting and cost control helps ensure the solar integrator's solid financial foundation.

Previously Teresso served as president of bathware manufacturer, St. Thomas Creations, Div. of Villeroy & Boch, where he led the company in a turnaround effort – achieving record profitability. Most recently Teresso was director at LAUFEN North America, Bathroom Culture Since 1892.
