U.S. distributor secures deal for American-made solar panels.

Fortune Energy announced today that it has signed an agreement with SolarWorld, the largest U.S. solar manufacturer for more than 35 years, to supply 5 megawatts of solar panels for sale into California. Under the terms of the agreement, SolarWorld will deliver its American-made polycrystalline and monocrystalline solar panels in 2013.

Fortune Energy recommends SolarWorld‘s products for residential and commercial rooftop and ground-mounted applications. The largest solar technology manufacturer in the Americas since 1975, SolarWorld manufactures silicon cells and modules in Hillsboro, Ore., and offers complete solar-power solutions to all types of customers. SolarWorld's engineering, experience and processes provide the best quality, power performance and warranty in the industry.

Fortune Energy is wholesale solar-product distributor and one-stop solution provider. Its services are designed to fit the needs of solar contractors seeking to lower their customers' energy costs, improve their wattage efficiency and provide full support. Fortune Energy will distribute SolarWorld to its California customers from one of its two in-state distribution centers in Sacramento, Los Angeles.
