Moreover, solar price in China benefiting from rush orders from utility projects performs stable as well. At this moment, lots of Chinese module makers seem to have better production utilization rates for their domestic solar demand. Without the seriously order pressure, Chinese module makers do not have severe price competition this week. As a result, overall solar module price still perform mild drop this week.

Solid demand helps solar cell prices stable this week. Regarding cell demand, solar cell makers are still enjoying the market booming in China, Japan, and the US. At this moment, almost all major solar cell makers are still maintaining high production utilization rate so as to have less price pressure. Moreover, 2nd tier solar cell makers are not doing price competition to take the orders. As a result, overall solar cell price keep stable this week.

Normal efficiency solar wafer price remains the continuous uptrend this week, due to some China domestic demand. Lots of solar wafer buyers are looking for normal efficiency wafer to have lower prices than high efficiency one for the possibility of profitability. With the continuous demand increasing, normal efficiency wafer shows the price up sequentially. With the demand decreasing but solid, high efficiency wafer keeps price no change. Mono wafer price still drop more seriously, because of more new entrants are interested in this market. Those new entrants are offering mono wafer at ptice price around USD1.12-1.15 per piece now.

Polysilicon prices continue to show price drop this week, because lots of traders and sellers are eager to sell their polysilicon at the current price level this week, especially for some low grade polysilicon. In China, polysilicon buyers are buying polysilicon price at RMB 130-135 per Kg with VAT. Outside China, lots of buyers can buy PV grade polysilicon at the price around USD17 per Kg or below. With the gradually price decreasing over the world, overall polysilicon prices decrease slightly this week.
