Advanced Energy Solar Energy at SPI 2013: Showcasing New Three-Phase String Inverter

At this year's Solar Power International, Advanced Energy, Solar Energy will feature its new three-phase string inverter, the AE 3TL. In addition, field applications engineer John Foster will discuss advanced power controls as part of the Integration with Utilities speaking program.

At this year's Solar Power International, Advanced Energy, Solar Energy will feature its new three-phase string inverter, the AE 3TL, at their booth, #1025. With the addition of the AE 3TL, AE Solar Energy now offers one of the largest suites of inverter solutions on the market, offering its customers the best possible choice for their various solar project needs. The AE 3TL can be installed within a solar array, which allows for more flexibility and maximizes available space, making it well-suited for solar projects with unique design constraints — such as carports or rooftop- mounts.

In the Integration with Utilities speaking track, John Foster, AE Solar Energy field applications engineer, will discuss advanced power controls on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1:35-2:00 PM in Room 403. Foster works hand in hand with solar installers and utilities to design tools and solutions for integrating more solar reliably onto the grid.

Introducing RockIt Smart Slide

Introducing RockIt Smart Slide

Introducing RockIt Smart Slide - the ultimate solution for fast and easy installation of the rail-less RockIt racking system on composition shingle roofs. Smart Slide conforms to UL 441 and TAS 100 (A)-95 for wind and wind-driven rain, providing a super-strong watertight seal that is achieved through compression, in most cases without the need for additional sealant. The waterproofing sealant is embedded deep into the granules of the shingle, thanks to the integrated flexible foam layer that provides cushioning. This ensures a secure fit that conforms to any architectural-style shingle. With UltraGrip Technology™, you can rely on a secure installation, as it absorbs the movement created by thermal expansion and contraction. The pre-installed sealing pads are compatible with all composition shingle roofs, making it the ideal choice, even in ambient temperatures as low as 5 degrees.
