TASC is leading the solar industry's defense against attacks from monopoly utilities who want to stop competition. Demeter Power offers third party financing options for commercial distributed generation projects in 27 states across the country, with headquarters in Florida.

Recent reports affirm that a "community" solar program from NextEra subsidiary FP&L is nothing more than the greenwashing of a utility-owned power play. As explained on CleanTechnica, "By 'community,' they mean utility-owned. And ratepayers are being asked to volunteer to give an extra $9 per month to support this monopoly power grab."
