Kolkata/India, Mannheim/Germany, 5th February 2015: With effect from 1st February 2015, Vikram Solar, one of India's leading solar module manufacturing companies, has extended the product warranty for its Eldora Ultima Series 60-cell polycrystalline solar modules from 10 to 12 years. A series of in-house reliability tests, product design changes and process improvements were carried out over the last year and have resulted in the company's decision to offer a 20% higher product warranty compared to the industry standard. The extended product warranty complements Vikram's 25-year performance guarantee.
