SMi’s 8th annual Energy from Waste show returns to London to gather experts striving for greener energy

Energy From Waste 2015 will take place on 7th & 8th December 2015 at the Holiday Inn Regents Park Hotel in Central London

Supported by the Environmental Services Association, SMi's 8th annual conference on Energy from Waste will bring together industry professionals and local councils working in waste, bioenergy, environmental services and infrastructure finance. It will strengthen knowledge in key topics such as, merchant funding, recycling and European trade, whilst looking at the practicalities of biomass gasification and keeping attendees at the forefront of technological breakthroughs to adapt to the growing need for greener energy.


Understanding EU initiatives surrounding the circular economy and British Policy around energy production and waste management will be a major focus, as will hearing from a selection of local councils currently implementing energy to waste projects. This will include case studies from Great London Authority, Southwark Council, North London Waste Authority, Sutton council, Welsh Government and North Yorkshire County Council.

An exclusive update on the energy from waste industry from the Environmental Services Association (ESA) Executive Director, Jacob Hayler, will be just one of the event highlights for 2015.

You haven't installed a tile mount that is easier to install than the Solar Tile Mount manufactured by TRA Snow and Sun. Solar Tile Mount is used on all tile roof profiles: flat, mid, and high. It is made in the USA of aluminum alloy for strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Solar Tile Mount is built to allow more ease in installation with more rise from the tile surface to the rail for better air flow below panels. The adjustable base is longer than most allowing attachment 6" to the left or right to have the bracket in the base of the pan of the tile and still fasten to the rafter. Solar Tile Mount is adjustable for counter batten systems from ¾" to 3". The horizontal rail is directly above base fasteners giving greater uplift resistance than any other system. For superior waterproofing apply TRA Snow and Sun's butyl backed VersaFlash aluminum flashing. No tile flashing is needed on top of the tile for greater labor and material cost savings.
