Array Technologies Strengthens Team with New Supply Chain Director

Michael Gray brings deep international steel sourcing experience and supply chain expertise

Array Technologies, Inc. (ATI), the global market leader in solar tracking systems, is pleased to announce that Michael Gray has joined the company as supply chain director. Gray arrives as ATI has now accomplished a production capability of more than 500 MW per month to supply high--performance solar tracking systems to growing U.S. and global markets.

Most recently, as VP of Global Supply Chain for Energy Alloys, LLC, Gray led a $300 million supply chain operation across seven countries on five continents. Grays logistics and global manufacturing development led to more than $30 million in inventory and logistics cost reductions. Previous to Energy Alloys, Gray was president of Axiom NDT, a Canada-based nuclear power generation testing firm focused on non-destructive testing that supported nuclear plant life extension. Grays prior positions include VP of Canadian operations for the global specialty metals distributor AM Castle, and other senior positions with specialty metals providers in Canada and the United States.

As supply chain director, Gray will be responsible for further expanding ATIs current multi-country fabrication footprint to support the companys rapidly expanding international sales activities. Gray will also focus on ATI supplier activities from sourcing to supply assurance and taking the companys leading quality and cost metrics to the next level.

"We are delighted that Mike Gray has joined Array Technologies as our new supply chain director," said Ron Corio, founder and CEO of ATI. "His extraordinary knowledge of the commodities and fabrication processes pertinent to our business, combined with his extensive experience growing and optimizing supply chain infrastructures, are important additions to our team as ATI manages its high growth levels both in the U.S. and internationally."

"I am excited to be joining the undisputed industry leader in solar tracking systems, and particularly appreciate the market position ATI has established based on the economic value provided by their innovative solutions. I look forward to applying the international commodity and supply chain skills I have gained over my career in global metals industries to bring greater efficiencies to the companys overall supply chain," said Michael Gray.

Gray holds a BA Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, enhanced with 6 Sigma, lean manufacturing, and MRP certifications.
