Liberta Partners Acquires skytron® energy

Liberta Partners, a Munich-based Multi-Family Office, has acquired the leading provider of monitoring, control and supervision systems, skytron® energy. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

MUNICH, BERLIN, Germany, 2 November 2016 - Liberta Partners, a Munich-based Multi-Family Office, has acquired the leading provider of monitoring, control and supervision systems, skytron® energy. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Liberta Partners is a group of long-term investors with extensive experience in managing mid- to large-sized companies. In order to realize skytron energys complete potential, Liberta Partners will exclusively prioritize skytron energys interests. All strategic decisions will be made together with the skytron energy management and future investments will focus on the companys flagship products such as the SCADA software PVGuard®.
