Business Summary: Scientific-industrial production of technologies and equipment for fuel-free electricity industry

Pain: Our problem - is the lack of funding to produce an industrial model of the electric reactor based on a chain reaction with a thermal capacity of 50 MW.

Solution: On the basis of the new fundamental Neutron Sciences (NS) we have developed electric reactor based on a chain reaction in which electricity takes the function of nuclear fuel. In a nuclear reactor and in the electric reactor the same chain reaction occurs with the same three types of radiation - α, β, γ, only the electric version has no nuclear fuel. Electric energy consumption to sustain a chain reaction in the electric reactor is only 3% of the electric power of the block of the nuclear power plant (NPP), for example, at the electric power of the block of 1000 MW the electric energy consumption will be only.

Theoretical base: According to the concept of Neutron sciences, a nuclear reactor with a nuclear fuel is also an electric reactor based on a chain reaction, in which α--particles fulfill the role of electricity, they are slow electrons with a velocity of 0.3 "c" (speed of light) http://neutronscience.com.ua/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Partnership-offer-_-Manufacturing-of-electric-reactor-based-on-chain-reaction.pdf (see Card 1). Nuclear fuel - dioxide of uranium-235 practically does not produce β+-particles and γ--particles, but only contains 3 α--particles per molecule. 1 kg of fuel contains 1.2·1025 molecules of dioxide of uranium-235. With a sharp shake or a sufficiently high heating of the fuel, the α-- particles begin to actively detach from the uranium chemical element and attack the β+-particles (gravitons) of the Earth's gravitational flow, and annihilation takes place, at which opposite charges are destroyed, releasing light, heat and a large number of γ-- -particles.

In our electric reactor, slow electrons - α--particles of nuclear fuel are replaced by normal electrons - e--particles from the city electric network. To obtain 1A of electric current, 6.25·1018 e--particles or α--particles are required. In the city electric network, they are mixed. From 1kg of nuclear fuel is possible to obtain of 1,2·1025·3 = 3,6·1025 α--particles or electric current I = 3,6·1025 / 6,25·1018 = 0,576 ·107 ≈ 6 ·106 A. At a nominal voltage of 1 V in the fuel rods of the fuel assemblies, we will obtain from 1 kg of fuel the maximum electric power equal to P = 6·106 A · 1B = 6 MW. For example, at a nominal reactor power of 3200 MW of the block with an electrical capacity of 1,000 MW for one hour, 2 kg of fuel burns out, i.e. The power is only 12 MW, and the remaining 3188 MW is derived from the gravitational flow of the Earth.

Business Model: Reverse production cycle

Team: Management team accompanies the project from 2008 since the writing of the 1st volume of "Fundamentals of Neutron Sciences" and from the starting of manufacturing a prototype of the first fuel-free power plant of 10 kW. Further, this same team leads the development of the technology of the electric reactor.

FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS

1. Production of the prototype of the electric reactor based on a chain reaction with a thermal capacity 50 MW in Kiev (Ukraine) - credit $ 60 000 000.

2. Three years later, the installation will be performed of the set of twenty reactors with thermal capacity of 150 MW and a total thermal capacity of 3000 MW for block with electric capacity of 1000 MW (efficiency of 0.3) in any region of the world at the expense of the customer according to the scheme of reverse production cycle. The cost of the kit with installation will be $ 800 000 000 ÷ $ 1 200 000 000, that is at least 2 times cheaper than the cost of a nuclear reactor of the same power.

3. After receiving funding for this scheme is in accordance with the exit strategy the enterprise BSA Ltd will begin to repay credit at the interest rate of the contract with the investor or according to another agreed with him scheme. Other variants of interaction will also be considered.



EXIT STRATEGY

In our case, the enterprise BSA Ltd will begin to repay loans to the investors at the contract interest rate with simultaneously with the start of sales of the technology. Approximate time after three years.

1. The establishment in Kiev (Ukraine) of scientific, industrial and test base for the electric reactor based on a chain reaction (prototype) with a thermal capacity of 50 MW.

2. Production of electric reactor of 50 MW and electrical equipment to him.

4. Preparation of design documentation for the use of technology in any region of the world.
