How We Fund Your Vessel

PRIVATE PROJECT CAPITAL

70-90%

Save your capital budget for other projects, and use our project funds instead. We work closely with you to determine what you need, and then mutually agree on the lease cost. Any fueling/charging equipment can be included in the total lease package.

GRANTS / INCENTIVES

10-30%

SWITCH Maritime will help operators apply for the myriad state/federal grants, loan guarantees and tax incentives that are applicable to your project - especially if the project includes both the vessels and fueling system - and will pass those savings on to you.

How we got started

Founded in 2018, SWITCH Maritime has been working over 5 years to build the first hydrogen fuel cell electric vessel in the U.S., combined with the first maritime hydrogen fuel supply chain.

SWITCH Maritime closed its Series A fundraise with Nexus Capital Development LLC in Q3 2023, fleet. The 75-passenger ferry ‘Sea Change’ will complete its commissioning and start commercial operation in San Francisco Bay in Q4 2023. SWITCH will continue to grow the fleet.
