Lisa O'Neill has accepted the position of Customer CARE (Customer Assurance, Review and Evaluation) Manager with GEM Energy, of the Rudolph Libbe Group.

Walbridge, Ohio - Lisa ONeill, of Toledo, has accepted the position of Customer CARE (Customer Assurance, Review and Evaluation) Manager with GEM Energy, of the Rudolph Libbe Group.

She holds a bachelors degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University, and has 25 years of experience in marketing, marketing research, communications, client services and program management.
