HiVE Energy Systems is a Delaware company that creates and installs large lithium-iron energy storage systems for various uses. It’s a subsidiary of Hawaii’s HNU Energy, which focuses on renewable energy and related products. HiVE’s high-density Lithium Iron Phosphate system stores solar power and uses a unique Battery Management System to distribute power efficiently and according to the owner’s preferences. This reduces the need for conventional grid power.
Hive’s unique Battery Management System ensures that the power is stored in most efficient manner and distributed according to the assigned preferences of its’ type and time of use. This extraordinary feature helps the owner to prioritise the power usage and also ensures that minimum conventional grid power is consumed by the connected loads.
