European addition to serve growing customer demand

MONTREAL--ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of solar products, announced today that due to continued growth and increasing market demand for their products, it has expanded its business development team with the promotion of Pascal Petit to VP of Sales EMEAPAC region and the appointment of Stuart White as Sales Manager EMEAPAC.

"As part of our strategy to expand our market presence in Europe and the Middle East, we are augmenting our sales and channel management resources with additional seasoned sales professionals, who possess extensive outdoor leisure and electronics market knowledge and experience," said ICP Solar CEO and Chairman, Sass Peress. "The OEM and Consumer goods channels in Europe, the Middle-East, Africa and Asia-Pacific will now report to me," said Pascal Petit. "This reporting structure is similar to the one under Tom Clark, our VP of Sales in America. By creating similar structures for all geographies we will not only improve the effectiveness of new business development, but also the cost efficiency of service and support to our existing clients across the globe."

Mr. White brings over 20 years experience in sales and channel management in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, with an emphasis on the outdoor and maritime markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of St. Andrews.
