SPG Solar announced today the promotion of Michael Mittleman to Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Denise Thompson to Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer.

Michael Mittleman Appointed to Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

As Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Michael Mittleman brings with him over 30 years of experience in construction project management. Mr. Mittleman will continue his focus on implementing best practices in construction, design, procurement and the project management of SPG Solar's growing commercial project portfolio. Over the course of the past two years, Michael has successfully directed the company's expansion of solar installation projects into Arizona and Oregon. 2010 will present more opportunities to continue this expansion model as he prepares the construction operations to move into numerous states across the country.

Denise Thompson Appointed to Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer

SPG Solar, Inc. announced today the appointment of Denise Thompson as the company's Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer. Since joining the company in 2002, Ms. Thompson has successfully developed and refined its business operations, responding to the needs of both the fast- rising company and the comprehensive renewable energy industry.

In her new role, Ms. Thompson is responsible for overseeing SPG Solar's daily operations while formulating and supporting short-term and long-term objectives and strategies to expand its performance-based culture.

SPG Solar's President and CEO, Thomas Rooney, affirms that Thompson is a tactical thought leader who has the ability to foster excellence internally and externally. "Denise has demonstrated the ability to respond to the needs of a growing company as well as to a maturing industry," says Mr. Rooney.
