SyGuru manufacturs Ecoventilators from a belly diameter ranging from 300mm (12") to 1060 mm (42"). For Industrial applications SyGuru designed Model EV 28 & EV 31 which became industry standard.
SyGuru's R&D team has developed Ecoventilators with inlet Guide vanes for further boosting the evacuation capacity. These models are available with "+" added to their model like EV 28 + design. This latest Technology swirls the uprising convective hot air currents clockwise to impart rotational force on turbo vanes. (The inlet guide vanes enhance the evacuation capacity by about 15 % compared to conventional design available in the Market.
Another remarkable development is the performance enhancing improved base plate profile which aids the evacuation of hot atmosphere underneath the shed. The improvised design with a monolithic molded profiled base having integrated venturi made of UV stabilized FRP with matching profile of client's existing roof sheet.
The Translucent UV stabilized FRP base with large venturi gives double benefits. Besides exhausting the heat it also gives day light through the translucent FRP base which helps reduce the lighting load during day times.

The translucent venturi dome of ECOVENTILATOR has dual benefit; firstly it allows day light to be spread with out any direct sun thus reducing the lighting load during the day time and secondly, the venturi enhances the velocity head so that even at no wind conditions it will rotate the profiled turbo vanes. The rotation induces ventilation because of the natural upward thermal currents and centrifugal force created by the Ecoventilator's circular motion which creates a centrifugal force to exhaust the hot gases through the Ecoventilator's vane openings.
It may be possible to stop Exhaust Fan (0.5 HP to 2.0 Hp) depending on criticality. Total saving by switching off Exhaust fans for 24 Hrs & Lights for 10 Hrs can be calculated.
