Without drilling, without ballast- Roof Top project at Monash University completed

Clenergy is pleased to announce that the roof top project at Monash University, Clayton Campus, in Australia has been completed by Maxim Renewable using the innovative PV-ezRack SolarRoof interface for Klip-Lok type roofing.

Clenergy is pleased to announce that the roof top project at Monash University, Clayton Campus, in Australia has been completed by Maxim Renewable using the innovative PV-ezRack SolarRoof interface for Klip-Lok type roofing. The project consists of eight sub arrays with a total capacity of 153kW.

The Clenergy Klip-Lok interface provides an easy and inexpensive way to mount on Klip-Lok type roofs without penetrations. No rails were used in the installation and no holes were drilled through the roof. Solar modules were fixed with clamps directly to the Clenergy interface, which are secured firmly onto the roof rib.

"The interface for Klip-Lok type roofs is designed with EPDM rubber with the benefits of high corrosion resistance and with the maximum possible lifespan," said the product manager for PV-ezRack mounting systems, Thomas Gerstch, "It is compatible with Clenergy's tilt legs allowing tilt angles from 15 to 60 degree to maximize the system performance."
