Natural Power's Product Innovation business ZephIR, which provides the industry leading CW lidar system ZephIR 300, has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, awarded by BM TRADA. The accomplishment adds ZephIR Lidar Innovations to the Natural Power Scope of Certification which already highlights recognition to quality services within the areas of Asset Management, Construction & Ecology Management, Technical Services Management and Development Consultancy Services.

ZephIR's proven core technology measures wind speed, direction and turbulence across the full turbine rotor diameter from 10 metres above ground level up to 200 metres and can remove the need for a tall met mast. The unit is small in size, low in power, and fully CE compliant including approved true Class 1 eye-safe laser classification (IEC 60825-1) and EMC compliance (EN61236 Industrial and EN55022 Class A standards).
