Broadwind Signs Three-Year $137 Million Wind Turbine Tower Supply Agreement

CICERO, Ill., June 02, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Broadwind Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:BWEN) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Broadwind Towers, Inc. has signed a $137 million, three-year framework agreement to supply wind turbine towers to a U.S. wind turbine manufacturer. The towers will be produced in the Companys two facilities located in Manitowoc, WI and Abilene, TX for delivery into 2019.
