In my session, I'll be providing the Californian perspective on the landscape of policy in California. Delegates will come away with a comprehensive overview of how to capitalise on existing support mechanisms and be part of the drive for future support.'

All stakeholders have a role to play in communicating the value of CSP in the US energy market and Lawrence E. Jones, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Policy & Industry Relations at Alstom will give a key presentation on the essential elements of CSP integration. Lawrence said ‘Delegates will come away with new ideas as to how to communicate CSP's unique selling point to decision makers.'

The current projects in construction will be discussed in depth and Kevin Smith, CEO of Solar Reserve has stated that ‘delegates will learn about SolarReserve's flagship project, the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Plant, which is a major success story for the CSP industry and for the US. Specifically, delegates will learn more about how we overcame significant hurdles in the development of the project, as well as how we educated the utility on the value of CSP with storage, to develop the world's largest plant of its kind, using technology developed right here in the US."

The expert speaker line up of 60+ will be sharing their experiences and provide the industry with a deeper understanding on how to develop a winning strategy to get competitive and secure a greater stake in the CSP industry.
