GREEN FUELS INTRODUCES FUELMATIC3™ PROCESSOR FOR SMALL BIODIESEL PRODUCERS
This is now the smallest Green Fuels FuelMatic processor and is especially designed for closed loop production in a world increasingly concerned about climate change and reliance on the volatile price of unsustainable fossil fuels.
Nevada, USA -- September 14, 2012 – In an exciting development for the production of biodiesel, Green Fuels America Inc. has announced the release of the FuelMatic3 biodiesel processor which produces up to 750 gallons of biodiesel per day from used cooking oil, vegetable oil, animal fats, and tallow. This is now the smallest Green Fuels FuelMatic processor and is especially designed for closed loop production in a world increasingly concerned about climate change and reliance on the volatile price of unsustainable fossil fuels.
Greg Springer, President of Green Fuels America Inc., said the FuelMatic3 gives customers the technology of the larger FuelMatic processors at a lower price. "The typical customer for this processor is a community scale producer of biodiesel made from used cooking oil who needs to biodiesel produce to market specifications. It's also ideal for business owners with vehicle fleets who want to reduce fuel costs, in the process reducing the greenhouse gas emissions that dangerously accelerate climate change."
Springer said the FuelMatic3 was cost effective enough to allow entrepreneurs to set up community scale biodiesel production to serve local fuels needs. "Moving from unsustainable fossil diesel to sustainable biodiesel is painless. Diesel engines can use Biodiesel as a direct fuel replacement, without engine adaptation."
The FuelMatic3 extends the Green Fuels product line to 4 models ranging from 750 to 12,500 gallons per day of biodiesel production capacity. Green Fuels has an installed base of 28 commercial biodiesel processors on 6 continents. The FuelMatic product line is CE and ATEX certified, and features stainless steel construction, touch screen GFM microprocessor control, patent pending GSX glycerol separation, ion exchange resin purification, and internal methanol recovery.
Biodiesel is a sustainable replacement for petroleum diesel. Burning biodiesel produces 85% less greenhouse gas emissions than petroleum diesel. It's safer than fossil diesel and its excellent lubricating properties help prevent premature engine wear and failure, reducing wear and prolonging engine life. It is non-toxic and fully biodegradable.
About Green Fuels
Green Fuels Ltd. was established in the UK in 2004 and is the world leader in factory built biodiesel processing equipment that ships in sea containers to a customer's site in turnkey configuration. Our highly automated, high-quality biodiesel processors are sized to be located near the feedstock source, allowing for the production of biodiesel in local markets. This decentralized approach gives our customers cost, start-up time, and logistical advantages over traditional larger built-in-place centralized biodiesel plants.
