Enphase Energy Helps Wells Fargo Center for the Arts Go Solar

400kW Project Installed by One Sun, Inc. Among the Largest Commercial Rooftop Solar Systems in Santa Rosa, CA

PETALUMA, Calif.--Enphase Energy (Nasdaq: ENPH) and One Sun, Inc. of Graton, CA announced today that construction has begun on a 400kW commercial solar installation at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, CA. The system will include 1,656 Enphase microinverters and is expected to generate 90 percent of the Center's power needs. The canopy-mounted photovoltaic system will be installed on four rows of carport structures and is expected to save the Center more than $100,000 per year on energy costs.

"Enphase is excited that a leading commercial solar provider has chosen our microinverter system to power a site that is so visible and vital to the arts and environmental community in the Bay Area," said Paul Nahi, CEO of Enphase Energy. "Commercial solar providers across North America are adopting the Enphase Microinverter System for projects of all shapes and sizes with its unique modular approach to system design and installation.

"Beyond the benefits of an all AC system and high performance of Enphase microinverters, we discovered the additional value of Enlighten monitoring software as an important component of the system," said Warren Brown, President of One Sun, Inc. "From our desktop we're able to track energy output and efficiency during the lifetime of the system at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts and provide our customer unprecedented service uptime."

Now in its 31st season of presenting world-class performances and events in Sonoma County, the Center's solar system is expected to produce 567,000 kilowatt hours of electricity and reduce its annual carbon footprint by 333 tons per year. Ongoing monitoring and reporting of the energy output is provided by Enphase Enlighten monitoring software, which is included in the microinverter installation cost.

The Enphase Microinverter System combines Enphase M215 Microinverters, the Envoy Communications Gateway and Enlighten web-based monitoring and analysis software to deliver solar systems with increased design flexibility, simplified installation and remote system management.
