INTERSOLAR EUROPE AND AUTOMATICA 2014 REUNITE UNDER ONE ROOF

June 4–6, 2014

Munich, May 29, 2013 – Intersolar Europe 2013 may not yet have begun but we already have news concerning next year's event. From June 4–6, 2014, Intersolar Europe, the world's largest exhibition for the solar industry and its partners, takes place once again at Messe München. It is accompanied by the Intersolar Europe Conference and its side events, which attract speakers and attendees from around the world to Munich. However, Intersolar Europe is not the only event to be taking place around this time in 2014: Running alongside it from June 3–6 are the AUTOMATICA and MAINTAIN exhibitions, the industry meeting points for industrial production and maintenance.

AUTOMATICA was last held in conjunction with Intersolar Europe in 2008 and 2010, and the organizers are delighted that they are once again able to pool their joint knowledge in the area of productions technology. The solar industry is increasingly using innovative automation solutions to compete on an international scale. The combination of the two leading exhibitions for automation and solar technology is seen as groundbreaking by production experts from around the world and allows all visitors interested in innovative manufacturing processes, automation and mechatronics to benefit from the collaboration anew.

Visitors have the opportunity to use their admission ticket to visit all three exhibitions. Under the motto One Stop – Three Shows, visitors not only experience the latest technologies, products and services offered by the solar industry but also discover innovations and trends in the areas of industrial maintenance, automation and mechatronics.

For the first time, AUTOMATICA 2014 presents its own exhibition segment on the topic of service robotics, allowing it to take up a position as the leading exhibition that unites industrial robotics and professional service robotics under one roof. The range of exhibits is also being extended by MAINTAIN, the exhibition for industrial maintenance.

Intersolar Europe 2013 takes place from June 19–21 at Messe München.
