Madison Street Capital Advises AAY Solar and AquaSan Networks on Formation of Joint Venture

Joint Venture will Focus on Development of Solar Farms Throughout India

Chicago, IL/Gurgaon, India/ Littleton, CO -- (June 2013) – Madison Street Capital, LLC (MSC) acted as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to AAY Solar PVT. LTD. (AAYS) in the establishment of a Joint Venture relationship with AquaSan Networks Inc. (ASN). The new entity will develop solar farms in various industrial clusters throughout India. The announcement was made by Charles Botchway, Chief Executive Officer of MSC. The transaction was led by MSC Managing Director Jaydip Sinha, head of MSC's operations in India. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
