Aries is an engineering company that specializes in the design and management of worldwide renewable projects, thus, presenting the successful case studies of Ouarzazate CSP plant in Morocco (as part of the awarded consortium preferred bidder for the first phase of a proposed 160 MW plant -500 MW overall-), Bokpoort CSP plant in South Africa (50 MW) or Ma'an Solar CSP plant in Jordan (46 MW) provided the attendants with insight into the future and challenges of the CSP sector.

At the workshop, José Ramón Pérez has shown to the audience how the innovative regulatory framework in North Africa (especially Morocco) is creating an ideal climate for investment in clean energies, as well as the key factors for technical adequacy in this market.
