Array Technologies Expands Operational Headquarters

ATI increases total square footage at home office by 42%

Recently recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the state of New Mexico, Array Technologies has announced the completion of 22,500 square feet of new office and warehouse space. The addition has expanded ATI's manufacturing and product testing capabilities while doubling the available office space for corporate staff, bringing the entire headquarters to a total of 72,500 square feet.

Array Technologies celebrated this milestone at their Midway Place headquarters surrounded by local decision makers, media and fellow New Mexico solar industry professionals. The 2-hour event featured a guided tour of the new and existing facilities, and a ribbon cutting ceremony with brief remarks from New Mexico Green Chamber of Commerce CEO Laura E. Sanchez, Albuquerque Mayor Richard J. Berry and ATI Founder and CEO, Ron Corio.

"This achievement would not have been possible without the great workforce that we have assembled in New Mexico over the years," said Corio. "We are proud to be located here in the heart of the Southwest, in a location that has deep solar energy roots that will prove to be an active center for solar energy far into the future."

In recent years, Array Technologies' staff has grown from 60 to 130 employees as ATI tackled shipments to some of the largest solar projects in North America, including a 265 MW and 249 MW site, both completed in 2013. The solar industry continues to boom in the United States, as does ATI's market share. ATI has logged 2 GW of the US's current total of 10 GW of cumulative solar capacity. In short, one out of every five solar panels in the US has been installed on an ATI tracker or mounting system.

New Mexico is home to a thriving solar industry, where 82 solar companies operate and employ slightly over 1,000, according to SEIA, the Solar Energy Industries Association. New Mexico's total installed solar capacity of 207 MW ranks the state 10th in the country, with enough solar energy installed to power 42,000 homes.

SolarEdge Technologies - EV Charging Single Phase Inverter

The SolarEdge PV inverter combines sophisticated digital control technology with efficient power SolarEdge's EV charging single phase inverter offers homeowners the ability to charge electric vehicles up to six times faster than a standard Level 1 charger through an innovative solar boost mode that utilizes grid and PV charging simultaneously. This product is the world's first EV charger with an integrated PV inverter. Reducing the hassle of installing separately a standalone EV charger and a PV inverter, the EV charging inverter eliminates the need for additional wiring, conduit and a breaker installation. By installing an EV charger that is integrated with an inverter, no additional dedicated circuit breaker is needed, saving space and ruling out a potential upgrade to the main distribution panel. Whether you own an EV now or just want to be EV-ready, future-proof your home with SolarEdge.
