Frederick County Welcomes Vivint Solar

Frederick, MD February 11, 2014

On the heels of signing a lease for 11,146 square feet in Baltimore, Vivint Solar has signed an 11,200 square foot lease at 4600 Wedgewood Boulevard in Frederick with the Matan Companies. Their new location in Frederick will be a warehouse and operations facility supporting their design, installation, and maintenance of cost effective solar energy systems. "We are thrilled that Vivint chose Frederick and the Matan Companies to expand their presence in this area. We look forward to working with them to continue that expansion," says JP Matan Director of Leasing for the Matan Companies. Michael Walsh with Cassidy Turley represented Vivint in this transaction.
