The 3-day Energy Ocean Conference and Exhibition will start June 3, 2014 in Atlantic City, NJ.

ROCKVILLE, MD –May 27, 2014 – Hundreds of leading government officials, energy producers, researchers, and policy makers will unite at the premier offshore renewable energy event dedicated to promoting the development of clean, predictable and sustainable energy from the world's oceans. The 3-day Energy Ocean Conference and Exhibition will start June 3, 2014 in Atlantic City, NJ.

The conference will open with a private tour of the Jersey-Atlantic Wind Farm at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) Wastewater Treatment Plant, and lead into several preconference workshops and a roundtable lunch. The Exhibit Hall will also be open on June 3 and will feature an Innovator Showcase Theater Session as well as a Poster Session Reception.

The full conference program will kick-off on June 4, and will feature updates on North American project development, policy changes and technological advancements. The Exhibit Hall will be open and several Innovator Showcase Theater sessions will feature new inventions in ocean energy. Attendees will then enjoy a luxury offsite reception at the One Atlantic.

A keynote address by Doug O'Malley, Director of Environment New Jersey will open the final day of Energy Ocean, shortly followed by a spotlight session on New Jersey's projects. This session will include speaker Paul Gallagher, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Fishermen's Energy, who will address the $47M U.S. grant recently awarded to Fishermen's Energy. The conference will close with a keynote by Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06).
