Intersolar 2014 - Taiwan PV Manufacturers Showcase Latest Innovations at Intersolar North America 2014

The Intersolar North America exhibition is scheduled to be held on July 08-10.

TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 1, 2014 --The Green Trade Project Office under Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs today launched a second exhibition event for its 2014 Green Light campaign, bringing a delegation of exhibitors to participate in the Intersolar North America tradeshow scheduled to be held on July 08-10 in San Francisco.


A 'Taiwan Pavilion' is staged for the fair on Level 1, West Hall at the Moscone Center (Booth 7245), featuring a wide range of solar solutions.

Li-Yen Ma, Division Chief of the Integrated Marketing Division at the Green Trade Project Office, said, 'Taiwan has been one of the primary PV product manufacturers and the second-largest solar cell production region in the world. Over the years, Taiwanese companies have demonstrated their capabilities in achieving technology advancements and offering steady supply of a wide selection of quality products. We believe visitors to the Taiwan Pavilion will easily find the most suitable solutions among the various product lines.'

The 'Taiwan Pavilion' comprises nine exhibitors with business operations spanning various sectors of the solar PV industry. Members of the delegation include the world's second-largest and Taiwan's biggest high-efficiency solar cell manufacturer Neo Solar Power Corporation; Gigastorage Corporation, one of Taiwan's leading multi-crystalline wafer makers; PV module backsheet supplier Taiflex Scientific Co., Ltd.; Hulk Energy Technology, which specializes in thin-film solar module production based on the Cadmium-free manufacturing technique; TaiCrystal International Technology, one of the world's top manufacturers of germanium ingots and wafers; Smooth & Sharp Corporation, which has lately expanded its business scope into the development of PV thermal modules for hot water and heat pump systems; solar lighting product makers Hergy Lighting Technology and Ever Power Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd.; and dry screw vacuum pump supplier Hanbell Vacuum Technology.
