Genesys, LLC Will Announce at the Fuel Cell Exposition in Los Angeles its New Breakthrough Solar Technology that Increases Power from a Solar Panel by Two Hundred Times

The eRET (Electrical Radiant Energy Transfer) technology to be announced at the Fuel Cell Seminar and Energy Exposition in Los Angeles on November 12, 2014 can simultaneously produce power and store its energy in the form of hydrogen at a price point well below all fossil fuel and renewable energy sources

Palo Alto, California November 03, 2014

Ronny Bar-Gadda, CEO of Genesys, LLC, will unveil at the Fuel Cell Seminar and Energy Exposition on November, 12, 2014 in Los Angeles, a new revolutionary patent pending solar technology that increases the power of a solar panel by 200 times, while simultaneously storing the energy in the form of hydrogen for later use. Conventional solar technology lacks two important features that prevent it from effectively competing against fossil fuels; namely, the ability to generate higher power and the inability to store the resulting energy. Today's solar cells are limited to the leakage current at the contact potential of the p-n junction. The eRET solves both problems.

An electron has both wavelike and particle properties. This new technology uses both properties of the electron to generate coherent electromagnetic radiation tuned to water vapor and electrical power at the same time. The water vapor may come from any source, including rain, sea or waste. The p-n junction of a solar cell is used as the energy source which is recharged by the sun at rates faster than the energy transfer rate to the eRET.

The eRET generates electrons at very high potential so that very high power is produced with minimal electron energy input. Genesys,LLC has a working prototype routinely producing 10 kilowatts from two 100 watt solar panels with over one and a half years of operating experience. The system has produced power as high as 40 kilowatts.

The coherent electromagnetic radiation produced as a by-product is used to break the OH bond of a water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen is stored for future use and the oxygen may be sold as an important industrial chemical. The eRET is the only technology today that stores its own energy (hydrogen) simultaneously while producing power, thereby providing a solution for electrical energy storage. The economics are very favorable. Power costs as low as $0.02 per kilowatt hour and less than $0.80 per kilogram of hydrogen are achievable.

There are multiple applications for the eRET. It enables the realization of a self-charging car that doesn't need a recharging station. Future versions of the eRET will eliminate the use of lithium-ion batteries altogether for mobile transportation applications, thereby substantially reducing the cost of an electric car. Zero emission data centers may operate at a fraction of the operating cost compared to fossil fuels without any carbon dioxide emission. Most agree that decentralization of power distribution is a worthwhile goal; the eRET makes the realization of micro-grids as a practical method of power distribution possible. With economic hydrogen, the production of industrial and agricultural chemicals (previously derived from fossil fuels) is possible using carbon dioxide as a co-reactant permitting economic sequestration of carbon. The eRET is an ideal technology to mitigate the effects of climate change.

As the company's CEO states, "We are at the threshold of a new energy age. The eRET will lead to lower energy costs compared to all fossil fuels and renewable energy sources without the problem of CO2 emission".
