Santa Clara, CA February 16, 2016 - ClearWorld LLC, an alternative energy system solution provider, is pleased to announce that they have been selected as an official vendor for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The ClearWorld RetroFlex system will be used for uplighting for the palm trees through a creative design that they have made specifically for the games. The lights require very little maintenance and are powered entirely by renewable solar energy generated by MiaSolés flexible, lightweight FLEX solar panels.

The first soccer stadium for the 2022 FIFA World Cup is currently under construction, and will serve as the prototype for the other eight. For each stadium ClearWorld is performing two projects, 1) landscape/aesthetic lighting, and 2) street lighting leading into the stadiums. All in all, there will be a total of nine stadiums that will be built over the next five years, with a completion date of approximately 14 months from the start of construction on the first of the nine.

ClearWorld will be providing approximately 450 landscape units, as well as numerous roadway lights around the stadium and parking lots. At the stadiums, a single ClearWorld solar pole will provide enough power for 20 clean LED lights.
