Lisa O’Neill joins GEM Energy as Customer CARE Manager

Lisa O'Neill has accepted the position of Customer CARE (Customer Assurance, Review and Evaluation) Manager with GEM Energy, of the Rudolph Libbe Group.

Walbridge, Ohio - Lisa O'Neill, of Toledo, has accepted the position of Customer CARE (Customer Assurance, Review and Evaluation) Manager with GEM Energy, of the Rudolph Libbe Group.


She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University, and has 25 years of experience in marketing, marketing research, communications, client services and program management.
