TerraV

TerraV
Installed in agricultural fields, TerraV modules optimize land use by generating solar power while providing shade for crops or livestock to thrive underneath
FEATURES
Innovative Cell Layout: The cells are arranged in a unique pattern: half-cells are placed in twin sub-strings in parallel instead of the common mirror design. Benefits: Optimized efficiency & enhanced durability High Partial Shading Tolerance: By utilizing a unique half-cell arrangement in twin sub-strings, the TerraV experiences only 36% power loss under partial shading conditions. No Self-Shading on the rear side: The frame design and clever positioning of the junction boxes & cables prevents self-shading from the rear side. High durability against mechanical loads - Extreme resistance to wind and snow: The use of smaller cells, aligned with their longer side parallel to the module's longer side, reduces the risk of laminate bending and cell fracture. More energy in less space: TOPCon modules' high efficiency allows them to generate the same electricity as conventional modules while using less space, promoting a more sustainable future. Bifaciality: 80% bifaciality boosts energy output by capturing sunlight on both sides of the module. Encapsulation: POE encapsulation ensures minimal solar cell degradation. Bypass diodes: Junction boxes feature 3 bypass diodes to prevent hot spots caused by shaded or high-resistance cells, minimizing power loss during partial shading.
