EnergeiaWorks, North Americas foremost executive search firm servicing the renewable

energy markets, secured a strong presence in San Francisco at both SOLAR 2016 and
Intersolar North America. Cohosting with ASES Emerging Professionals of SOLAR
2016, EnergeiaWorks presented their first West Coast edition of Renewables UnWind, a
monthly networking event geared towards professionals of the sustainable energy and
clean-tech industries. As part of SOLAR 2016, William Liuzza, CEO and Founder of
EnergeiaWorks, was one of nine speakers invited to share stories about their career path
and professional development. Liuzza discussed his start as a recruiter with the US
Marine Corps, his background in tech, and his decision to launch his own company.

The EnergeiaWorks booth at Intersolar North America at the Moscone Center West had
steady traffic over the three days of the exhibition. To encourage a relaxed approach to
networking during the intensity of the conference, EnergeiaWorks sponsored a ping-pong
tournament and afternoon reception with Renewable Energy World Magazine.

Competitors entered a preregistered bracket of 16 different exhibitors, and also showed
interest in free play, where anyone could show off their skills. Jinko Solar won first place,
receiving $5,000 of advertising from REW, and Gonvarri Solar Steel took second, and
was gifted an EnergeiaWorks Birksun solar backpack.

The week of events and personal introductions emphasizes the focus of EnergeiaWorks
on building relationships and networking at the most prominent events across the
renewable energy industry. Job candidates and hiring employers are encouraged to visit
