Planetary Systems, Inc. announces new Power Package systems featuring Outback Power platform.

Planetary Systems is releasing its re-designed, patented Power Package systems in January based on a complete Outback inverter, MX-60 controller, communications and metering system platform with our exclusive large-scale AGM battery for Grid-tie and Off-Grid systems.

cores of the original system design in the field, the main concept is well tested and proven to be easy to operate and install. The new design is complelely modular with Control units (inverters, controllers, disconnects and communications) all in one small module which can be connected to other battery and control modules to allow systems from 3kva to 20kva to be assembled from one common building block. Each module is 24" by 32" by 32" and can be combined with our larger 2vdc battery systems to construct any size system. All systems are truly plug-n-play with complete metering and controls built into every system. Planetary Systems has always believed that, given the current state of climatic change, battery backup is not only a good idea, but is required. Using high-quality 2vdc industrial AGM batteries in a system combined with Outback Power Systems ease of use and performance makes any system with energy storage comparable to any non-battery based PV system with an actual increase in performance, with little cost differential.
