ARLINGTON, Wash., January 9, 2007- OutBack Power Systems, Inc., a global manufacturer of renewable energy products, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jack Crose as Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Crose will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities for OutBack Power Systems and will also be a member of the senior Management team.

At OutBack Power Systems, Crose will use his customer driven focus and knowledge of the industry to strategically expand our company. Crose's experience in the renewable energy industry stems from his tenure as Business Development Manager at both GridPoint and Sun Wind Concepts. During his time at GridPoint, a renewable energy management company, Crose developed a dealer/installer network for GridPoint products throughout the Western United States and Florida. His extensive knowledge of these networks coupled with his sales background will prove to be an invaluable asset to OutBack Power Systems.
Previous to his tenure at GridPoint, Crose was an integral member of the Sun Wind Concepts Business Development Team, which afforded him the opportunity to gain an extensive knowledge of the Photovoltaic Industry and its technologies. His position at Sun Wind Concepts allowed Crose to foster lasting relationships within the Photovoltaic industry and truly understand not only the product, but the applications of renewable energy products, from the customer's point of view.
